Ski-country chalets and Georgian Bay waterfront homes.
Why Collingwood homeowners work with Kas
Collingwood is a second-home market more than anywhere else we serve. A lot of our Collingwood projects are GTA homeowners renovating a chalet or condo at Blue Mountain, Craigleith, or Lighthouse Point - and they want their weekend kitchen to feel as good as their city one. We design and install around their visit schedule, which means we often work to a hard date because that's when they'll be in town to take delivery.
The Collingwood housing mix we build for
Blue Mountain chalets (often with ski + mudroom built-ins that pair to the kitchen), Cranberry / Shipyards condos with compact, design-forward kitchens, and the steady stream of new-build single-family homes spreading out from downtown.
Our local advantage in Collingwood
We've installed at Blue Mountain, in the Shipyards, and out toward Craigleith - we know the building access, condo loading rules, and which roads are tight for a delivery truck. That's not nothing in the Collingwood condo market.

Common questions from Collingwood homeowners
Can you install at Blue Mountain or Lighthouse Point?+
Yes. We've delivered into both, and we coordinate with property management on freight elevator booking, loading-bay schedules, and protective measures the buildings require.
Do you work to a weekend visit schedule?+
Often - many of our Collingwood clients are based in Toronto and only at the chalet on weekends. We can install on a Friday for a Saturday handover, or schedule the consultation, design review, and walkthrough as separate weekend visits.
